- Minimum 6 years technical recruiting experience in aerospace, space, or defense
- Experience recruiting for aerospace, electrical, mechanical, software engineering positions
- Strong preference for recruiting electrical engineering disciplines (Digital Hardware, Power Electronics, FPGA, RF, Antenna Design)
- Strong networking skills and passive candidate connection ability
- Full life cycle recruiting experience (screening, consulting, interviewing, offers)
- Proven ability in recruiting techniques (cold calling, networking events, expert location, sourcing campaigns)
- Ability to manage multiple high priority technical requisitions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Awareness of security and export control restrictions impacting role performance
Aufgaben
- Build a pipeline of candidates for satellite, spacecraft, and aerospace systems
- Understand and assess technical capabilities of candidates
- Work with hiring managers to define technical role requirements
- Develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source and engage top-tier technical candidates
- Evaluate candidates’ technical ability and aptitude
- Consult hiring managers on candidate backgrounds
- Recommend candidates to hiring managers
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment
- Screen applicants to assess skills and experience
- Evaluate candidates’ cultural fit
- Negotiate and extend offer packages
- Utilize job boards, social media, and industry events for sourcing
- Assist with additional functions in a high-growth startup
