In this role, you will drive the standardization of Food Safety and Quality processes across multiple markets, collaborating with stakeholders to develop digital solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include facilitating workshops, training users, and analyzing performance to recommend improvements.

Anforderungen

  • •At least 3 years of experience in process consulting, process management, or technical systems implementation
  • •Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • •Knowledge of Food Safety or warehouse processes
  • •Proven experience in process modeling (e.g. BPMN 2.0)
  • •Experience with tools such as MS Visio, Signavio, or similar platforms
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • •Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives
  • •Hands-on mindset with strong presentation and communication skills
  • •Experience or interest in digital tools and data-driven environments
  • •Experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, JIRA, ICS), SQL, digital procurement systems, or Six Sigma methodologies
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • •Excellent English communication skills
  • •Adaptability to work in fast-paced, international and change-driven organizations

Aufgaben

  • •Manage and standardize Food Safety and Quality processes across international markets
  • •Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into digital FSQ solutions
  • •Facilitate workshops to gather input from key stakeholders and drive alignment within the process governance agenda
  • •Test and verify that systems and tools meet defined requirements and comply with Food Safety policies
  • •Train end users and support the rollout of new systems and processes in warehouse operations
  • •Measure process performance and adherence across markets
  • •Analyze data and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership
  • •Identify improvement opportunities and define frameworks, metrics, and initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance
