- Degree in Food Science or similar subject
- In-depth knowledge of food safety & quality management systems (HACCP, GFSI, SEDEX etc.)
- Proven leadership experience in FSQA (manufacturing, supply chain, retail)
- Ideally experience with category-specific food manufacturing
- Confident stakeholder management, influence, and communication skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience building strategies and driving impactful change
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, multi-project management skills
- Excellent data analysis and understanding capabilities
- Willingness to travel
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute a long-term strategy for Grocery & Convenience.
- Elevate food safety compliance to exceptional quality.
- Understand and prioritize FSQA risks.
- Develop and implement prioritized FSQA strategies internationally.
- Communicate FSQA strategies to relevant stakeholders.
- Enhance product quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with DC FSQA operations.
- Address and resolve escalated distribution center issues.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Supplier Operations.
- Ensure legal compliance in Supplier Operations.
- Build internal capability by sharing knowledge.
- Raise awareness and accountability among teams.
- Develop and communicate FSQA strategy programs.
- Ensure programs are relevant and effective for risk mitigation.
- Drive systemized quality improvements within the category.
- Establish and maintain standardized processes and controls.
- Ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Evolve supplier management practices to elevate product quality.
- Lead FSQA International compliance program implementation.
- Utilize and evolve key business metrics for decision-making.
- Work closely with international FSQA teams.
- Align and implement international FSQA strategy, OKRs, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and operational standards.
- Partner with sustainability, PR, Legal, and Customer Care on strategic topics.
- Lead crisis management for food safety incidents.
- Support business continuity during incidents.
- Protect customers, employees, and the brand during incidents.
- Build strategic relationships with industry stakeholders and authorities.
- Represent the company to stakeholders and authorities.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and industry best practices.
- Incorporate new thinking into systems, processes, and category strategies.
- Support new country and vertical launches.
- Develop strategies to manage launch risks.
- Manage risks for Ready to Eat food manufacturing.
- Elevate, drive, and embed food safety and quality culture.
- Manage and develop a team of FSQA employees.
- Ensure sufficient resources for FSQA activities.
