Anforderungen
- 8+ years of experience in process consulting, process management, or technical systems implementation
- At least 3 years of people management experience, including direct leadership of offshore teams or team leads
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and operational modeling skills
- Experience or strong interest in data-driven and digital environments, including SQL, BI tools, and digital procurement systems
- Solid understanding of Food Safety and/or Supply Chain Management processes
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Lead and develop a mixed onshore and offshore team
- Set clear objectives for process optimization
- Steer the team’s program portfolio for engagement and delivery
- Influence strategic decisions impacting business metrics
- Define and standardize Food Safety and Quality processes
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders on digital product requirements
- Organize workshops to gather stakeholder input
- Measure process performance across markets
- Optimize offshore operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
