Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for business needs and critical roles
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies
- Ensure seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives
- Translate business objectives into talent acquisition strategies
- Advise hiring managers on market insights and workforce trends
- Identify future talent needs and build proactive sourcing strategies
- Continuously improve recruitment efficiency and satisfaction
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices
- Use recruitment analytics to track performance and identify bottlenecks
- Provide regular reporting on hiring metrics and market conditions
- Hire early career, professional, and senior leadership positions in German-speaking markets
- Occasionally handle hiring in other European markets
- Manage senior stakeholders during the recruiting process
- Drive the process through expectation management, influence, and collaboration
- Participate in regional and global HR projects as a TA COE subject matter expert
