- Global mindset and high willingness to travel (up to 50%)
- Very good German and English skills (C1 level)

- Integrate market and customer feedback into product and engineering
- Develop individual sales presentations
- Create target account lists

- Identify suitable partnerships
- Develop customer relationships
- Represent OECHSLER at events
- Approach potential leads
- Build a relevant professional network
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver market messages
- Track processes and paperwork throughout the sales cycle
