Anforderungen

- At least 5 years experience in business development, sales, or consulting
- Strong strategic skills, creative curiosity, and courage
- Results-orientation and resilience
- Ambition and high initiative for independent project driving
- Experience with Dynamics CRM
- Global mindset and high willingness to travel (up to 50%)
- Very good German and English skills (C1 level)
- Optional knowledge of Chinese or Spanish

- Develop customer-inspiring concepts with the product team
- Integrate market and customer feedback into product and engineering
- Develop individual sales presentations
- Create target account lists
- Develop strategic account plans
- Identify market trends
- Identify innovation potential
- Identify new business opportunities
- Identify suitable partnerships
- Develop customer relationships
- Represent OECHSLER at events
- Approach potential leads
- Build a relevant professional network
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver market messages
- Track processes and paperwork throughout the sales cycle
