Anforderungen
- 6+ years experience as Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar in cybersecurity, MSSP, or related technology
- Experience with complex B2B sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, long deal timelines
- Strong technical acumen for feasibility assessment, stakeholder engagement, customer requirements understanding
- Fluent English and German communication with technical and C-level audiences
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, business-focused messaging
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, quick adaptation in customer discussions
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) as a plus
Aufgaben
- Partner with AEs to understand customer needs
- Shape deal strategy and share responsibility for outcomes
- Lead discovery, presentations, and demos
- Tailor messaging to position standardized offerings
- Assess technical fit early, identifying risks and challenging weak opportunities
- Provide independent views on deal health and closing probability
- Advise customers on their security landscape with practical recommendations
- Handle RFP/RFI responses aligned with customer needs and internal capabilities
- Act as the main technical contact, resolving most queries
- Involve SOC or engineering when needed
