- Represent your scientific discipline in cross-functional teams
- Advance cutting-edge methods in proteomics and mass spectrometry
- Shape first-in-class opportunities across the discovery portfolio
- Lead and supervise technical and scientific staff
- Provide scientific leadership to peers
- Review requests for biomarker discovery and quantitation
- Align project goals with internal partners
- Design and execute proteomics experiments
- Analyze biomarker discovery and targeted quantification data
- Identify PTMs and determine interactomes
- Operate cutting-edge Orbitrap and QTOF mass spectrometry platforms
- Utilize expert analysis software for mass spectrometry
- Use Omics-platforms for translational topics and NTC confirmation
- Perform functional validation and MoA elucidation
- Advance scientific and proteomics workflows through innovation
- Educate and train colleagues in proteomic analysis
- Develop ongoing scientific and drug development expertise
- Lead technicians, students, interns, and Postdocs
- Guide scientific development and implementation of concepts
- Drive innovations and cross-functional strategies independently
