- Facilitate strategic planning and decision-making
- Perform cross-domain business case analyses
- Identify and summarize strategic gaps
- Provide outside-in perspectives for the governance body
- Support portfolio budgeting processes
- Coordinate access to resources and capabilities
- Communicate portfolio updates across internal digital platforms
- Develop and refine KPIs and performance metrics
