- Identify breakthrough opportunities using emerging disease knowledge and modality advances
- Integrate animal health initiatives into the local research matrix structure
- Manage stakeholders and coordinate with global leadership functions
- Shape the division's strategic development and future direction
- Oversee HR-relevant topics and ensure adherence to local compliance requirements
- Maintain EHS standards and electronic laboratory documentation
