Senior Sales Manager(m/w/x)
Leading complex, high-value sales engagements for industrial software across energy, infrastructure, chemicals, and minerals in CEE. Significant sales management experience in DACH/CEE markets required. Strategic territory planning and team coaching focus.
Anforderungen
- Proactive leadership and strong industry insight
- Significant direct sales experience in complex B2B Enterprise Software
- Significant sales management experience in DACH/CEE markets
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce and MEDDPICC sales framework
- Fluency in English and local language (German) to minimum C1 level
- Engineering degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or related field
- Other local language skills advantageous
Aufgaben
- Drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships with key customers in CEE
- Expand AVEVA's market presence and deepen customer relationships
- Lead complex, high-value sales engagements
- Identify new business opportunities
- Deliver revenue targets through effective coaching and territory planning
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers
- Promote AVEVA software products and services
- Engage with the account team to establish expectations and priorities
- Assist Account Managers in developing Strategic Account Plans
- Coach on effective use of CRM and sales processes
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer decision-makers
- Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Coordinate marketing and business development activities for the region
- Expedite resolution of key customer complaints and technical issues
- Leverage AVEVA partner ecosystem to scale growth
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report on account performance
- Develop knowledge of AVEVA's core industries and current trends
- Stay updated on AVEVA products and sales support applications
- Exemplify leadership through expected behavior and discipline
- Practice financial management consistent with company guidelines
