Anforderungen

  • Proactive leadership and strong industry insight
  • Significant direct sales experience in complex B2B Enterprise Software
  • Significant sales management experience in DACH/CEE markets
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and MEDDPICC sales framework
  • Fluency in English and local language (German) to minimum C1 level
  • Engineering degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or related field
  • Other local language skills advantageous

Aufgaben

  • Drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships with key customers in CEE
  • Expand AVEVA's market presence and deepen customer relationships
  • Lead complex, high-value sales engagements
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Deliver revenue targets through effective coaching and territory planning
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers
  • Promote AVEVA software products and services
  • Engage with the account team to establish expectations and priorities
  • Assist Account Managers in developing Strategic Account Plans
  • Coach on effective use of CRM and sales processes
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer decision-makers
  • Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Coordinate marketing and business development activities for the region
  • Expedite resolution of key customer complaints and technical issues
  • Leverage AVEVA partner ecosystem to scale growth
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report on account performance
  • Develop knowledge of AVEVA's core industries and current trends
  • Stay updated on AVEVA products and sales support applications
  • Exemplify leadership through expected behavior and discipline
  • Practice financial management consistent with company guidelines
