Anforderungen

  • 8+ years experience in enterprise technology or complex solution sales
  • 3+ years progressive sales management experience, preferably in software/tech
  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent knowledge/experience
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Understanding of SaaS business model
  • Proven sales track record achieving quota in complex tech/software sales
  • Ability to provide deal support/guidance to sellers
  • Ability to manage/coach diverse sales team
  • Exceptional communication skills and business acumen
  • Executive presence and senior-level communication ability
  • Ability to navigate influencer/buyer dynamics in sales cycle
  • Ability to lead team in managing multiple complex sales cycles
  • Ability to negotiate pricing retaining value
  • Up to 30% travel for customer meetings/events
  • Reliable internet access for remote work
