Building distributor partnerships and driving commercial growth for specialty pharmaceuticals in Eastern Europe. 5+ years of pharmaceutical market sales experience required. Work from EU country (2 months/year), 30 days holiday.
Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or comparable discipline
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development or alliance management
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical markets
- Proven track record managing distributor partnerships, contract negotiations, and driving revenue growth
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strategic, results-oriented approach
- Strong intercultural skills
- Experience working in cross-functional and international teams
- Fluent English
- Fluent German
- Proficiency in another major Eastern Europe language (e.g. Russian) is a strong advantage
- Persuasive, resilient professional
- Strong communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
Aufgaben
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with regional distributors
- Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and sales targets
- Drive sustainable commercial growth in Eastern Europe
- Oversee key commercial activities
- Collaborate with senior leadership on commercial planning
- Assume full ownership of commercial planning and performance monitoring
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses
- Identify business opportunities and pricing strategies
- Translate insights into actionable commercial plans
- Integrate newly acquired products into the regional distribution network
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Marketing
- Ensure seamless market entry and continuity
- Ensure compliance with American pharmaceutical regulations
- Monitor distributor performance and adherence to standards
- Address risks and deviations proactively
- Engage with healthcare professionals and regulatory authorities
- Strengthen market access and business continuity
- Support long-term positioning
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Strengthen brand visibility
- Foster new business opportunities in Eastern Europe
