- Master’s degree in Business Administration or comparable discipline
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical markets
- Proven track record in managing distributor partnerships
- Proven track record in leading contract negotiations
- Proven track record in driving sustainable revenue growth
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strategic, results-oriented approach
- Strong intercultural skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Experience working in international teams
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in another major language (e.g. German) is a nice to have
- Persuasive, resilient professional
- Strong communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
Aufgaben
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with regional distributors
- Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and sales targets
- Drive sustainable commercial growth across key markets
- Oversee commercial planning and execution
- Collaborate with senior leadership on commercial activities
- Assume full ownership of commercial planning and performance monitoring
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses
- Identify business opportunities and pricing strategies
- Translate insights into actionable commercial plans
- Drive strategic integration of newly acquired products
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Marketing
- Ensure seamless market entry and continuity of acquired products
- Ensure compliance with American pharmaceutical regulations
- Monitor distributor performance and adherence to standards
- Address risks and deviations proactively
- Engage with healthcare professionals and regulatory authorities
- Strengthen market access and business continuity
- Support long-term market positioning
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Strengthen brand visibility and foster new business opportunities
