  • Proven track record in managing distributor partnerships
  • Proven track record in leading contract negotiations
  • Proven track record in driving sustainable revenue growth
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Strong intercultural skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in international teams
  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in another major language (e.g. German) is a nice to have

Aufgaben

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with regional distributors
  • Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and sales targets
  • Drive sustainable commercial growth across key markets
  • Oversee commercial planning and execution
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on commercial activities
  • Assume full ownership of commercial planning and performance monitoring
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses
  • Identify business opportunities and pricing strategies
  • Translate insights into actionable commercial plans
  • Drive strategic integration of newly acquired products
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Marketing
  • Ensure seamless market entry and continuity of acquired products
  • Ensure compliance with American pharmaceutical regulations
  • Monitor distributor performance and adherence to standards
  • Address risks and deviations proactively
  • Engage with healthcare professionals and regulatory authorities
  • Strengthen market access and business continuity
  • Support long-term market positioning
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
  • Strengthen brand visibility and foster new business opportunities
