Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Business Management, Business Administration or comparable
- 5-10 years relevant professional experience in strategic purchasing, preferably in pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic, results-driven approach
- Persuasive and resilient professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong financial and efficiency acumen
- Confident use of standard MS Office programs and project management tools (MS Project, Planner etc.)
- Strong planning and coordination skills with crossfunctional, collaborative mindset
- Fluent English (written and spoken); proficiency in German (B1)
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute onboarding strategies for CMOs
- Conduct market analyses to identify potential suppliers
- Evaluate bids and negotiate contracts with CMOs
- Foster sustainable relationships with CMOs
- Periodically review CMO performance with project management and other departments
- Identify needs for additional or eliminated CMO sources
- Collaborate with departments to review supply chain stability
- Minimize costs and mitigate risks in the supply chain
- Stay updated on industry trends through events and conferences
- Ensure effective selection and integration of CMOs
- Design and implement product integration strategies
- Engage early in the due diligence phase
- Align integration strategies with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for project planning
- Develop and manage project timelines
- Ensure uninterrupted supply chain during divestment
- Identify and evaluate potential CMO vendors
- Prepare RFQ documentation
- Analyze supplier offers
- Negotiate terms and pricing
- Manage CMO communication proactively
- Resolve issues and ensure smooth coordination
- Support technology transfer processes
- Oversee cross-functional coordination for new CDMOs
