- Master's or doctoral degree in optical engineering, physical optics, photonics, optoelectronics, or related fields
- Solid knowledge of geometric and wave optics, diffraction, interference, laser physics, and micro-nano optics

- Experience in designing and developing display, projector, imaging, or laser optical systems
- Record of product implementation, published papers, or patents

- Ability for independently experiment or prototype developing
- Proficiency in operating optical instruments including lasers, spectrometers, beam analyzers, oscilloscopes, and high-speed imaging detectors
- Experience in liquid crystal device or micro-nano diffractive optical elements application preferred
- AI integrated optical systems experience preferred
- Rigorous scientific thinking
- Ability to identify, analyze, decompose, and solve problems
