- Multi-site/global exposure experience
- Strong track record in CoPQ analysis, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation
- Experience standardizing processes and driving cross-functional continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience in KPI tracking and BI/reporting tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Ability to influence across functions without formal authority
- Structured, results-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills in English
Aufgaben
- Establish global Quality KPIs and reporting standards
- Harmonize Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) methodologies
- Create transparency on quality-related costs and risks
- Lead implementation of data-driven quality tools
- Standardize end-to-end Quality Management processes
- Drive root cause analysis and CAPA excellence
- Initiate and track CoPQ reduction projects
- Collaborate with global teams for quality improvements
- Facilitate workshops and performance reviews
- Align Quality initiatives with division transformation goals
