In this role, you will manage quality relationships with key accounts while leading project activities and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with diverse teams to drive quality improvements and meet customer expectations.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, quality, or related field
• •Profound professional experience in quality management with proven project management experience
• •Strong knowledge of APQP and quality core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, 8D, PPAP)
• •Experience with audits and compliance; familiarity with IATF 16949, AIAG and VDA requirements or equivalent quality standards
• •Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• •Solutions-oriented mindset with a bias for action
• •Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Aufgaben

• •Own the quality relationship for designated accounts
• •Facilitate customer reviews and negotiate action plans
• •Lead APQP activities and deliverables, including FMEA and Control Plans
• •Apply quality core tools to prevent defects and analyze data
• •Plan, execute, and monitor interdisciplinary projects
• •Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements
• •Prepare and conduct internal and external audits
• •Track and report key quality and project KPIs
• •Continuously improve processes through lessons learned
