- Experience in standardizing processes and driving cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience in KPI tracking and BI/reporting tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Ability to influence across functions without formal authority
- Structured, results-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills in English
Aufgaben
- Drive global quality performance transparency
- Establish harmonized Quality KPIs and reporting standards
- Create transparency on quality-related costs and non-conformities
- Lead implementation of data-driven quality management tools
- Standardize end-to-end Quality Management processes
- Drive root cause analysis and CAPA excellence
- Initiate and track quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with global teams to improve quality
- Facilitate workshops and performance reviews
- Ensure alignment with divisional transformation goals
