In this role, you will oversee all stages of M&A and PMI projects, ensuring effective integration from a service perspective. Your work will involve developing assessment frameworks, coordinating teams, and implementing plans that enhance operational efficiency.

Anforderungen

• •Minimum B.Sc. degree in business administration, business engineering, or similar
• •Several years of exposure to Customer Service, preferably in MedTech
• •Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, complex environments
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Strong communication, collaboration, and networking skills
• •Passion for designing and optimizing business processes
• •Solid experience with enterprise IT systems such as SAP and SalesForce
• •Solid command of project management methodology and relevant IT tools
• •Fluency in German and English both orally and in writing

Aufgaben

• •Manage lifecycle stages of M&A/PMI projects from the Service perspective
• •Conduct Due Diligence for projects
• •Oversee Post-Merger Integration projects
• •Develop upside potential and risk scenario assessment frameworks for Service
• •Define and assess target operating models for Service
• •Cover processes, products, systems, org structure, and footprint in assessments
• •Develop and implement PMI plans for Service
• •Coordinate cross-functional teams within the global matrix
• •Collaborate with central and regional functions and third parties
