Aufgaben
- Lead end-to-end international finance transformation programs
- Act as primary operational counterpart for strategic initiatives
- Align Global Process Owners, Finance, IT, and partners
- Ensure delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and governance
- Establish KPI-based performance steering
- Provide transparent reporting to senior leadership
- Build project management standards and playbooks
- Continuously improve governance frameworks
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and escalation needs
- Develop and lead a growing project team
- Drive ERP system roll-ins
- Implement governance framework changes
- Execute operating model changes
- Ensure structural alignment across regions and systems
- Serve as a central coordination point
- Act as a central escalation point
