- Proficiency in product management methodologies, tools, best practices (Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence)
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, strategic decision-making capabilities
- Outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, stakeholder collaboration
- Mandatory English fluency
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI), orchestration platforms, or custom agent development
- Experience launching and scaling enterprise-grade AI products, autonomous/semi-autonomous agents
- Knowledge of Design Thinking, UX principles, data-driven product development
- Familiarity with Siemens’ operational landscape, digital transformation, or relevant industry domains
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services
Aufgaben
- Define and articulate product vision for Agentic AI solutions
- Align product strategy with business objectives and market trends
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Identify customer requirements and anticipate market trends
- Develop and maintain a robust product roadmap
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Translate high-level strategy into detailed requirements
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for solution delivery
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Facilitate agile ceremonies for efficient product delivery
- Engage with stakeholders to gather critical input
- Build consensus and communicate product progress
- Educate internal teams on Agentic AI capabilities
- Gather and analyze user feedback
- Drive iterative improvements to maximize user satisfaction
- Monitor advancements in Agentic AI technologies
- Evaluate emerging technologies for strategic opportunities
