- Experience with or strong interest in AI-native products, LLMs, or agent-based systems
- Ability to ask right questions, challenge assumptions, explore solutions, leveraging AI tools
- Proven track record of data-driven decision-making and prioritization
- Strong analytical thinking with customer-centric mindset
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Continuous learner with curiosity for industry trends and emerging technologies
Aufgaben
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Identify and solve customer problems using AI solutions
- Define product requirements for AI concepts, business processes, data, tools, and UX
- Ensure quality, compliance, and governance of AI-driven products
- Apply data-driven business models for strong prioritization and decision-making
- Own the product end-to-end across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)
- Drive data quality, governance, and reinforcing data loops
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams towards shared goals
- Balance big-picture thinking with critical details
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders for transparency and alignment
