- Gather customer insights through qualitative research and interviews
- Collect feedback from sales and support teams
- Monitor competitor features and messaging
- Conduct win/loss analysis to refine GTM strategies
- Provide authoritative insights on market and technology
- Write blog posts, thought leadership articles, and white papers
- Lead technical and editorial reviews for content accuracy
- Enhance Wire's reputation through social posts and presentations
- Develop and update sales pitch decks and messaging guides
- Create competitive battlecards and training materials
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for sales teams
