Senior Product Manager Rare Nephrology(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

  • Graduate degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years' healthcare experience
  • 5+ years’ brand sales and marketing experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech sector
  • Broad international pharmaceutical marketing experience
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience in secondary or tertiary care
  • Experience in leading strategic processes for portfolio and brand development
  • Experience leading global marketing initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire cross-functional matrix teams
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and tools
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent command of the English language

Aufgaben

  • Contribute to the development of international brand strategic plans
  • Set sales and market share objectives
  • Guide pre-launch preparations and ensure launch excellence
  • Enhance marketing capability across the Affiliate network
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and key functions
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on product topics
  • Apply defined strategies regionally
  • Define and implement marketing strategies for products
  • Evaluate new business opportunities with local colleagues
  • Engage with KOLs and HCPs to gather insights
  • Identify and implement marketing strategies in the International Region
  • Disseminate product experience and strategy regionally
  • Ensure efficient deployment of activities for sustainable results
  • Manage A&P budgets and demonstrate ROI for marketing programs
  • Evaluate the efficiency of activities and improve processes
  • Develop commercial analysis and reporting for performance insights
  • Prepare and conduct region-led events with Medical Affairs
  • Build knowledge of competitive situations and train colleagues
