Senior Product Manager Rare Nephrology(m/w/x)

- 7+ years' healthcare experience
- 5+ years’ brand sales and marketing experience in pharmaceuticals or biotech sector
- Broad international pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Pharmaceutical sales experience in secondary or tertiary care
- Experience in leading strategic processes for portfolio and brand development
- Experience leading global marketing initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to influence and inspire cross-functional matrix teams
- Proficiency in CRM systems and tools
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent command of the English language
Aufgaben
- Contribute to the development of international brand strategic plans
- Set sales and market share objectives
- Guide pre-launch preparations and ensure launch excellence
- Enhance marketing capability across the Affiliate network
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and key functions
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on product topics
- Apply defined strategies regionally
- Define and implement marketing strategies for products
- Evaluate new business opportunities with local colleagues
- Engage with KOLs and HCPs to gather insights
- Identify and implement marketing strategies in the International Region
- Disseminate product experience and strategy regionally
- Ensure efficient deployment of activities for sustainable results
- Manage A&P budgets and demonstrate ROI for marketing programs
- Evaluate the efficiency of activities and improve processes
- Develop commercial analysis and reporting for performance insights
- Prepare and conduct region-led events with Medical Affairs
- Build knowledge of competitive situations and train colleagues
