- Conduct proactive market research to understand customer needs
- Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback
- Evaluate global market intelligence and competitive landscape
- Track regional performance with the sales team
- Define target customers and establish value propositions
- Ensure internal and external assets are ready for sales
- Support content creation for key events and congresses
