- •5+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Digital Product roles
- •Hands-on experience with analytics, tracking, CRM tools & MarTech
- •Fluency in English; German is a strong plus
- •Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership scale-up environments

- •Own the full digital acquisition funnel from website to first investment
- •Define and drive North Star and funnel KPIs across marketing and product
- •Build sustainable and repeatable growth systems
- •Design and optimize exploration and onboarding journeys with Product Design and Marketing
- •Ensure consistent premium branding, tone, and messaging across acquisition touchpoints
- •Translate brand narratives and campaigns into product-native experiences
- •Own and evolve the MarTech stack with Marketing
- •Define tracking schemas and user properties for full-funnel visibility
- •Run A/B tests, experiments, and proofs of concept across marketing and product surfaces
- •Act as Product Manager and Product Owner for growth initiatives
- •Co-lead a cross-functional team spanning Engineering, Design, and Marketing roles
- •Prioritize initiatives based on impact, brand fit, and strategic alignment
