Anforderungen

  • Experience as product manager, growth product manager, or product-led growth ownership
  • German fluency and strong customer-facing written communication skills
  • Strong analytical capability and experimentation/A/B testing tools experience
  • Experience with lead scoring, predictive targeting, or qualification logic models
  • Ability to work from first principles, thrive in ambiguity, curiosity, and autonomy
  • Experience in fintech, lending, B2B SaaS, or regulated products
  • Experience with data science teams or modelling projects
  • Knowledge of German SME ecosystem or B2B financial products
  • Experience building or working in newly formed teams

  • Understand the German SME lending landscape.
  • Understand customer needs and competitive context.
  • Translate insights into product problems and opportunities.
  • Inform targeting and segmentation strategies.
  • Own the acquisition and onboarding roadmap.
  • Develop lead scoring systems.
  • Develop eligibility checkers.
  • Develop onboarding journeys.
  • Evolve website content to increase conversion.
  • Evolve sign-up flows to increase conversion.
  • Evolve decisioning logic to increase conversion.
  • Define team priorities, roles, and processes.
  • Design, run, and interpret A/B tests.
  • Identify opportunities using first-principle reasoning.
  • Support opportunity identification with data and research.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Align stakeholders around goals, hypotheses, and metrics.
  • Translate business goals into testable hypotheses.
  • Translate business goals into actionable product briefs.
  • Establish team operating rhythm, rituals, and processes.
