- Collaborate with Engineering and QA for timely feature launches
- Ensure high-quality releases with test cases and release notes
- Define success criteria for product metrics
- Track usage and performance metrics
- Optimize product based on measurable results
- Communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders
- Incorporate user feedback into product decisions
- Facilitate collaboration among developers, QA, design, and business stakeholders
- Shape platform processes and workflows for insurers and MGAs
- Tailor notifications and permissions to client requirements
