Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field
- Continuous professional development in procurement, supply chain finance, or advanced analytics
- Proven track record as business partner to senior procurement leadership
- Deep expertise in procurement savings methodology, spend analytics, and KPI design
- Experience leading financial workstreams in procurement transformation or M&A integration
- Hands-on experience with SAP (MM/FI/CO modules)
- Strong experience with BI tools and advanced Excel / financial modeling
- Experience in industries with significant procurement complexity
- Expert-level financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Advanced spend analytics and data visualization
- Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement platforms
- Working knowledge of commodity markets, hedging instruments, and FX exposure management
- Familiarity with automation tools and modern data stack concepts
- Exceptional analytical rigor and ability to synthesize complexity into clear narratives
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- High degree of initiative and intellectual curiosity
- Resilience and adaptability under pressure; ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong team player
- Sound commercial judgment and entrepreneurial mindset
- Uncompromising integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information

Aufgaben
- Advise EVP Procurement on financial analysis and scenario modeling
- Prepare executive-level materials for leadership reviews and briefings
- Validate business cases for sourcing and procurement initiatives
- Participate in leadership meetings to translate procurement strategies into financial targets
- Support negotiations with financial modeling and risk-sharing arrangements
- Lead ad-hoc strategic analyses for total cost of ownership and supplier profitability
- Evolve and own the Group's procurement savings methodology
- Validate and challenge claimed savings using robust financial techniques
- Integrate validated savings into P&L, budget, and rolling forecast
- Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement KPI framework
- Produce monthly Procurement Performance Dashboard with actionable insights
- Lead annual savings target-setting process aligned with Group FP&A
- Manage the end-to-end procurement budgeting process
- Translate market intelligence into financial risk and opportunity assessments
- Conduct variance analysis between actuals, forecast, and budget
- Collaborate with Treasury on commodity hedging strategies
- Embed scenario planning and sensitivity analysis in financial reviews
- Support procurement digitalization and functional excellence
- Serve as procurement finance owner during audits
- Monitor supplier payment terms and working capital impact
- Ensure IFRS compliance for procurement-related accounting
- Lead finance workstream in procurement transformation programs
- Support M&A transactions with procurement due diligence and synergy quantification
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
- Mentor and develop junior controllers in FP&A
- Act as a center of excellence for procurement finance best practices
