Anforderungen
- University degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, or related
- 3 to 8 years of related cost accounting or financial analysis experience in manufacturing
- Experience with finance data tools: SAP FICO, Excel, PP, Finance projects
- SAP Controlling FICO experience, understanding and maintaining financial structures
- Desire for IT applications, affinity to numbers and analysis, problem-solving skills
- Critical thinking, inquisitiveness, persistence, and rigor
- Ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization/cross-functional teams
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, SAP, and PowerBI
- Experience with data management across multiple platforms
- Performance Excellence experience (Six Sigma, lean processes)
- Ability to work independently and within a matrix organization
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with business partners, divisional finance teams, and customers
- Understanding and empathy with differences in people and cultures
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- English and German language skills (verbal and written), other languages beneficial
Aufgaben
- Perform SAP Controlling and Business Reporting
- Provide analytics and guidance to PLM Managers and Controllers
- Drive cross-functional reporting and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Improve revenue and profitability understanding
- Consult cross-functional Product Teams
- Prepare Canyons reporting and P&L scenarios
- Conduct detailed revenue and margin planning
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Prepare journal entries and profit center reports
- Collaborate on EMEA Product Line Profitability reporting
- Partner with PLM on OPEX planning and forecasting
- Conduct variance analysis
- Contribute to annual operating plan and forecast cycles
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses
- Develop knowledge of business, markets, and financial drivers
- Support long-term growth
- Initiate continuous improvement in finance processes
- Maintain strong internal control environment
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404
