- Coordinate operations and provide leadership to the product team
- Organize and prioritize work within the product team
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across departments
- Act as central point of accountability and escalation
- Manage strategic product and quality leadership
- Oversee product strategy, quality measures, and compliance
- Ensure operational efficiency and external partner oversight
- Align activities with organizational goals
- Organize and allocate operational tasks within the team
- Provide disciplinary and functional leadership
- Offer strategic guidance and final decision-making
- Ensure strong alignment with SCM, Therapeutic Area Leads, and IMO
- Act as central escalation point for product-related topics
- Plan and achieve Science budget performance
- Onboard, train, and develop team members
- Lead and manage outsourcing activities
- Ensure effective collaboration with external partners
- Manage performance of external partnerships
- Contribute to business objectives through external collaborations
