- Openness to regular travel
- Passion for sustainability and electric mobility
Aufgaben
- Oversee all People topics for the DACH region
- Manage HR for an additional international department
- Partner with local leadership to execute people agendas
- Coach leadership teams on developing their skills
- Handle complex HR cases and organizational design
- Act as the local expert on German labor law
- Provide HR guidance for Switzerland and Austria
- Manage talent, performance, and succession planning
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on long-term hiring
- Identify skill gaps and roll out learning initiatives
- Lead cross-functional People projects like compensation and data
- Coordinate with the international People Business Partner team
