Anforderungen

  • Deep experience of subscription (SaaS) models
  • Robust nature that can challenge

  • 10 years or more of experience in software sales
  • 5 years in SaaS
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Quota carrying experience with over-achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency with various software applications
  • Tenacity, drive, and motivation to exceed expectations
  • Proficient in creating business plans with C-level stakeholders
  • Significant experience selling within the software/SaaS industry
  • Self-motivated and accountable with a tenacious work ethic
  • Flexibility and comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of a sales methodology a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time

Aufgaben

  • Convey Zendesk’s value proposition to executives and sales teams
  • Collaborate with marketing and partner teams for lead sharing
  • Execute marketing programs and generate focus activities
  • Manage named accounts and defined territories of partners
  • Ramp up existing revenue-generating partners
  • Locate, recruit, and manage new revenue-generating partners
  • Develop executive relationships to enhance Zendesk's presence
  • Understand partner business value and Zendesk's contributions
  • Generate enthusiasm for Zendesk’s offerings
  • Maintain and execute quarterly business and GTM plans
  • Oversee marketing and incentive programs with Partner Marketing
  • Guide partner enablement training sessions
  • Facilitate communication between partners and Zendesk sales teams
  • Support overall growth of the Partner program with ideas and accountability
  • Act as the General Manager of your territory
