- •Deep experience of subscription (SaaS) models

- •5 years in SaaS
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- •Quota carrying experience with over-achieving sales targets
- •Proficiency with various software applications
- •Tenacity, drive, and motivation to exceed expectations
- •Proficient in creating business plans with C-level stakeholders
- •Significant experience selling within the software/SaaS industry
- •Self-motivated and accountable with a tenacious work ethic
- •Flexibility and comfort in a fast-paced environment
- •Knowledge of a sales methodology a plus
- •Strong analytical skills
- •Bachelor’s degree
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Willingness to travel 30% of the time

- •Convey Zendesk’s value proposition to executives and sales teams
- •Collaborate with marketing and partner teams for lead sharing
- •Execute marketing programs and generate focus activities
- •Manage named accounts and defined territories of partners
- •Ramp up existing revenue-generating partners
- •Locate, recruit, and manage new revenue-generating partners
- •Develop executive relationships to enhance Zendesk's presence
- •Understand partner business value and Zendesk's contributions
- •Generate enthusiasm for Zendesk’s offerings
- •Maintain and execute quarterly business and GTM plans
- •Oversee marketing and incentive programs with Partner Marketing
- •Guide partner enablement training sessions
- •Facilitate communication between partners and Zendesk sales teams
- •Support overall growth of the Partner program with ideas and accountability
- •Act as the General Manager of your territory
