Senior Partner Account Manager — GSI & Tech Alliances(m/w/x)

In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving the Genesys business with Global System Integrators, collaborating closely with partners such as AWS, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include strategic planning, enabling partner teams, and executing joint go-to-market initiatives to create a robust sales pipeline.

Anforderungen
- •Up to 30–50% travel
- •7–10+ years in alliances/partner sales with GSIs and/or alliance partners
- •Proven co-sell and ecosystem GTM experience in SaaS
- •Strong sales discipline and executive presence
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Enterprise SaaS sales and pipeline creation
- •Value selling and competitive positioning
- •Executive communication and stakeholder management
- •Programmatic enablement and campaign execution
- •Working knowledge of cloud architectures

- •Own and grow the Genesys business with Global System Integrators (GSIs)
- •Build and execute joint business plans for each partner
- •Map and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- •Run enablement paths for partner sales and delivery teams
- •Orchestrate joint solution narratives with Genesys Cloud and partners
- •Launch vertical campaigns and account-based marketing motions
- •Drive co-sell motions with partner sellers and Genesys AEs
- •Progress joint deals using recognized sales methodologies
- •Clear blockers and coordinate necessary resources
- •Ensure services readiness with GSIs and success plans
- •Run quarterly business reviews and monthly pipeline reviews
- •Track and report key performance indicators
- •Manage co-marketing budgets and ensure compliance standards
