- Understanding of global compensation and benefits best practices
- Understanding of global compensation and benefits principles and trends
- Proficiency in compensation & benefits job evaluation methodology
- Knowledge of compensation & benefits job evaluation methodology
- Proficiency in surveys such as Mercer, WTW or Korn-Ferry frameworks
- Knowledge of surveys such as Mercer, WTW or Korn-Ferry frameworks
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work in multi-country setup
- Ability to work in cross-functional setup
- Experience in Rewards consulting
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in cross-functional project setup
- Good communication skills

- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly

- Provide guidance on pay competitiveness
- Share best practices and benchmarks
