Anforderungen
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering or related subjects
- 5-8+ years in ML platform or infrastructure engineering
- At least two years in a tech lead or architect role
- Deep expertise in AWS, Azure or Google cloud (ideally multi-region/multi-account setups)
- Proven track record designing systems for PB-scale data and hundreds of concurrent training jobs
- Understanding of large vision models and compression challenges for automotive-grade SoCs
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes platform design, GitOps, and infrastructure-as-code
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with edge model compilation toolchains (Qualcomm QNN/AIMET and/or NVIDIA TensorRT/Triton)
- Experience with automotive data at scale (MDF4, MCAP, ROS bags, multi-sensor synchronisation)
Aufgaben
- Design end-to-end ML platform reference architecture.
- Design PB-scale data-format backbone.
- Set standards for data flows and ingestion.
- Set standards for data cataloguing and transcoding.
- Set standards for PB-scale data partitioning.
- Integrate with dataset management tooling.
- Define platform component topology.
- Define integration contracts for ML platform components.
- Establish model lifecycle governance.
- Define experiment tracking for model lifecycle.
- Define approval gates for model deployment.
- Define model validation criteria.
- Define clear handoff contracts to deployment teams.
- Drive PB-scale cost governance.
- Implement accelerator spot strategies.
- Implement S3 tiering.
- Reduce cross-AZ traffic.
- Right-size Kubernetes clusters.
- Partner with Security, Legal, and Functional-Safety teams.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and ISO 8800.
- Ensure data protection compliance.
