- Translate technical Agentic AI advantages into commercial benefits
- Package and position revolutionary services bridging SaaS and MSSP
- Own the comprehensive service marketing strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- Partner with leadership to structure managed service offerings
- Define Land and Expand service package components
- Ensure service tiers are easy to sell and understand
- Craft the narrative for AI-led managed services
- Differentiate AI-led services from human-led competitor offerings
- Build sell-through and sell-with capabilities for MSP partners
- Position the company as a high-margin engine for partners
- Enable sales teams to sell outcomes rather than tools
- Create pitch decks and case studies proving operational impact
