- Strong interpersonal skills and teaching/coaching experience
- Oral and written communication skills for communicating with employees and management
Aufgaben
- Ensure compliance with cGMP procedures and Quality Systems
- Oversee QC Environmental Monitoring Technicians' daily activities
- Coordinate environmental monitoring activities for technicians
- Provide technical training and mentorship to technicians
- Support technicians during non-routine events and escalate issues
- Author Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instruction documentation
- Promote adherence to safety and quality standards
- Conduct environmental monitoring in classified manufacturing areas
- Perform utility sampling and analysis for manufacturing and QC laboratory
