- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with external partners/CDMOs
- Strong analytical skills for performance data monitoring and optimization
- Excellent communication skills with focus on clarity and collaboration
- Proactive mindset with passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Aufgaben
- Provide technical leadership for upstream/downstream processing
- Offer strategic guidance for manufacturing activities
- Serve as primary contact for external partners
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Lead harmonization efforts for manufacturing processes
- Standardize processes across multiple sites and partners
- Monitor manufacturing performance data
- Identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Drive technical life cycle management
- Support late-stage development through commercialization
- Manage post-approval changes
