- High customer/service orientation, structured, responsible, solution-oriented work style
- Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and team alignment skills
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Define and develop network strategy and target architecture
- Derive technical roadmaps from requirements
- Evaluate new technologies and derive recommendations
- Manage architecture standards, policies, and governance
- Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and regulations
- Control, coordinate, and quality-check external service providers
- Handle escalations for complex technical issues and critical incidents
- Process second-level tickets timely and with quality
- Ensure stable operation of LAN infrastructure
- Ensure smooth operation of corporate Wi-Fi
- Operate firewall and perimeter infrastructure
- Ensure secure network transitions per company policies
- Establish and develop monitoring standards
- Establish and develop reporting standards
- Establish and develop documentation standards
- Ensure complete and audit-proof configuration documentation
- Ensure complete and audit-proof system documentation
