Anforderungen

• Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• Relevant certifications like CCNP or CWNA preferred
• 15 years leading international IT infrastructure projects
• 5 years leading technical infrastructure teams
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and ITIL
• Proven budget management ability
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and analytical skills
• Fluency in English and German

Aufgaben

• Manage global initiatives and program subsets
• Oversee regional transitions, migrations, and rollouts
• Build relationships with local business stakeholders
• Standardize processes for global initiative support
• Ensure regional rollouts align with global standards
• Lead and motivate matrixed project teams
• Provide clear direction and foster accountability
• Govern domain portfolio prioritization and delivery methods
• Manage large-scale projects through full lifecycles
• Handle project setup, estimation, and planning
• Execute requirements engineering and testing
• Develop handover processes with Operations teams
• Ensure operational readiness for new initiatives
• Contribute to domain strategy and business imperatives
• Identify and initiate process and method enhancements
• Drive continuous improvement of project standards
• Own internal and external project budgets
• Ensure financial discipline and transparency
