- Collaborate with internal IT and software teams.
- Oversee co-location management and security processes.
- Manage contracts and coordinate with service providers.
- Handle space and capacity management tasks.
- Support change and incident management processes.
- Assist in certification process implementation and documentation.
- Promote and implement innovative technologies for operations.
