- Design programs using real usage data
- Incorporate behavioral signals in program design
- Use customer patterns to inform programs
- Create contextual lifecycle messaging
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success
- Run structured tests on messaging
- Experiment with sequencing and timing
- Test segmentation strategies
- Continuously improve programs based on test results
