Anforderungen
- At least 6 years of experience in sales or key account management
- Deep understanding of MediaMarkt’s business
- Experience managing and developing direct reports
- Ambition and proactivity
- Structured approach and creative problem-solving
- Excellent networking, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical acumen and decisiveness
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Aufgaben
- Own and drive the MediaMarkt account
- Build senior-level relationships
- Negotiate joint business plans
- Deliver sustained growth for all Dyson categories
- Oversee strategic annual plans for major retail accounts
- Ensure Dyson and partner priorities translate into market-leading results
- Lead, coach, and develop two direct reports
- Set clear objectives and support team progression
- Achieve ambitious sales and margin targets
- Utilize expert forecasting and data-driven promotional planning
- Manage budgets rigorously
- Launch and execute high-profile campaigns and new technologies
- Ensure flawless in-store and online experiences
- Uphold Dyson’s standards for premium brand execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize ROI
- Drive shopper engagement
- Present compelling business reviews and growth plans to senior stakeholders
- Expand existing partnerships and uncover new business opportunities
