As a Category Manager for Home, you will drive impactful marketing strategies across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. You will collaborate with various teams to execute campaigns and enhance brand presence while managing budgets and leading special projects.

Anforderungen

• •At least 5 years experience in marketing or category management
• •Passion for campaign management or experience in media management
• •Experience in brand management and cross-channel marketing communications
• •Native level German speaker
• •Skill in market data and marketing analysis
• •Proven ability to challenge the status quo and deliver innovative solutions
• •Effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• •Passion for marketing with strong knowledge of market trends
• •Experience in media or e-commerce is a plus
• •Strategic, collaborative, and eagerness to learn
• •Confident team player with a positive, supportive attitude

Aufgaben

• •Shape and accelerate the Home category across DACH
• •Partner with the Head of Home to develop marketing strategies
• •Create impactful brand communications based on insights
• •Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns
• •Build campaigns across TV, digital, in-store, and events
• •Leverage consumer and market data for marketing strategies
• •Review performance using A/B Testing
• •Manage category budgets with Media and PR teams
• •Collaborate with Key Account Manager for retailer activations
• •Lead special projects to drive category excellence
• •Promote a culture of experimentation and knowledge sharing
