- Analytical and structural work approach, strong numerical understanding, quick grasp of complex issues
- Excellent Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Quicksight)
- Fluent English communication skills; German skills are a nice-to-have
Aufgaben
- Take end-to-end responsibility for key insurance processes
- Partner with Finance, Fleet Management, and international locations
- Set clear standards and create transparency in a global setup
- Identify risks and optimize billing and controlling processes
- Drive initiatives forward decisively
- Analyze insurance data and identify trends and cost drivers
- Create meaningful reports for Fleet Cost Controlling
- Work closely with international Corporate Countries
- Drive knowledge transfer and establish best practices
- Handle operational requests for fleet insurance contracts
- Coordinate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare monthly insurance billing for the international fleet
- Adapt billing logics to new requirements and regulatory guidelines
- Ensure high data quality, plausibility, and compliance in billing processes
