Anforderungen
- Experience in actuarial analysis, risk management, or business analytics, ideally in financial services, insurance, automotive leasing, or mobility sector
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Economics; actuarial credentials (DAV, FCAS, FIA) are a strong plus
- Strong foundation in actuarial techniques including frequency-severity modeling, loss reserving, and risk quantification using SQL and Python
- Ability to build compelling business cases with P&L impact, balancing risk reduction with commercial priorities and operational constraints
- Clear communication of complex analysis, influence across Finance, Tech, and Operations without direct authority, and effective navigation of competing priorities
- Fluent English, proficiency in German is a plus

- Extract data from multiple sources
- Integrate data from multiple sources
- Build datasets for risk modeling using SQL
- Build datasets for risk analysis using SQL

- Design risk thresholds
- Translate model outputs into operational actions
- Define model requirements with Data Science
- Validate business impact of models
- Monitor real-world model performance
- Collaborate with Pricing team
- Collaborate with Damage team
- Collaborate with Security team
- Collaborate with Payments team
- Implement risk policies across rental operations
- Prepare loss analysis reports
- Prepare risk steering updates for CFO
- Prepare risk steering updates for Department Head
- Prepare risk steering updates for key stakeholders
