- Ensure quick implementation of decisions
- Set clear priorities in a dynamic environment
- Turn complex insurance topics into business wins
- Implement projects to reduce claims costs operationally
- Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support business cases and ROI analyses
- Drive strategic insurance initiatives proactively
- Manage RfP processes and digital transformation projects
- Prepare project documentation and status reports
- Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate international, cross-functional teams
- Align closely with Country Teams, Insurance, IT, Fleet Management, and Finance
- Organize workshops, meetings, and trainings
- Ensure smooth communication across project participants
