Anforderungen

• •Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, Food Science, or related field
• •Knowledge of lean, agile, or project management methodologies
• •5–7 years experience in Procurement, Supply chain, Quality, Consulting or continuous improvement
• •Track record of reliable timeline management and outcome delivery
• •Strong data analysis and curiosity for AI models
• •Deep attention to detail and insight translation skills
• •Effective communication and stakeholder-coordination skills
• •Problem-structuring mindset and motivation for operational excellence
• •Proactive and adaptable way of working
• •Willingness to dive into data and operational details
• •Willingness to travel to Distribution Centers and offices

Aufgaben

• •Analyze ingredient performance data to identify trends
• •Identify improvement opportunities across international markets
• •Partner with Procurement, FSQA, and Production stakeholders
• •Ensure standardized ingredient compliance and handling
• •Design tools and processes to enhance operational visibility
• •Implement improvements to reduce customer complaints
• •Drive ingredient reliability through process enhancements
• •Build dashboards and generate detailed reports
• •Share insights and best practices across teams
• •Maintain high levels of data accuracy
• •Coordinate pilots and monitor project execution
• •Lead cross-functional workshops and collaborative sessions
• •Map root cause thought processes for problem-solving
• •Conduct supplier and distribution center walkthroughs
